	Description		Committees of Council were established to provide advice to Council on specifically mandated areas of interest. A water and wastewater commission was established bearing the name the “Public Utilities Commission for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent (C-K P.U.C.)”.and shall be subject to the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Public Utilities Act.
